Who is responsible

The data controller is LogixEco Europe B.V., registered in the Netherlands. Our registration details and address are shown in the footer of every page. For any question about this policy or your data, email us at info@logixecofood.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into an inquiry form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, and the message or product list you send us. We do not ask for, and have no use for, any other personal data.

We also keep a one-way, salted hash of the network address a form submission came from, so that we can block automated abuse of our forms. It cannot be turned back into your address, is never used to identify you, and is deleted after 24 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to correspond with you about supplying the products you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where an order follows, the performance of a contract.

We do not send marketing emails to addresses collected this way, and we never sell, rent or trade your data.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, after which they are deleted. If we go on to do business together, the related records are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires.

Who else can see it

Your data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union, and is handled by our hosting and database providers acting solely on our instructions. It is not transferred outside the EU. Beyond that, only our own staff can see it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it at all. Email info@logixecofood.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you are entitled to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
